We are located in Carrizozo across the street from the Lincoln County Courthouse in a quaint old building.  Employees are dispatched usually twice a week to Socorro and Guadalupe Counties.  Documents are recorded and closings performed at a location convenient to you. If you’d enjoy a drive to historic Lincoln County, we’d welcome your business in our office.  If you’d rather have your documents overnighted to you for your convenience, we can do that.  With today’s technology the documents can be faxed or emailed to your home or work. 

We do not order appraisals, surveys or septic inspections, however we are more than willing to provide you with phone numbers.  Superior Title Company literally works with you and for you. 

We are currently doing business in Lincoln, Socorro and Guadalupe counties.  We can facilitate your closings in other counties.

You are not obligated to “go back to the Title Company” who you bought from.  We do ask for a copy of your previous policy to speed up the process.
